Vietnam Trip

Went to Vietnam on 13rd of December 2008.

Actually Vietnam is quite nice, nice landscape, nice people...

It was winter when I reached there, heavy fog, blur vision. Object at very far end cannot be seen. This make me cannot take baeutiful pictures.

But I still managed to take some good one.

I visited North Vietnam, Hanoi, also went to HaLong Bay, Tam Coc.

Winter at Vietnam means cool, about 23+- degree Celcius.

Even I run, row the boat but I didn't sweat.

The weather is not cold, I don't even need a sweater.

The food is delicious, not the one that beside the street, I didn't tried that.

Some Drawings

I do some paintings with Wacom.

I think I got eddicted to Wacom tablet... just can't stop drawing something...

It is just for fun only.

This picture took me a lot of time... but it is still not that good.

Still working on it.

My New Graphic Tablet

Yesterday, I just bought a tablet, Wacom Intuous3 6x8inch.

This thing cost me RM1300.

People said: one cent of money, one cent of goods.

I drew something, just simply done using Wacom.

This one is fully digital, of course I got traced a bit, ya, just the outline.

Not complete yet, got a little bit difficulties using tablet to sketch.

Hero and ghost

No time to manage this blog... inactive.

Just finished History project, character and costume design. Of course I took some pictures and will be shared here.

Pictures here were edited for better effect.

KLPF 2008 part 2- The Fujifilm Model

This is part 2 of my KLPF 2008 series.

No more camwhoring, but model shooting.

This model shooting is a contest held by Fujifilm, but I didn't participate bacause I know my standard.

I cannot get a good spot at the begining, peoples were blocking me. So I went up to the upper floor.

(above) This picture is dark, maybe my speedlight is still recharging... but I like the lighting of this picture.

(above) Tired of posing? Have a seat.

So I went down for the following shots.

Too many people... I tried my best...

The model came out holding Fujifilm's camera... started to promote Fujifilm.

(above) Overexposed. Too many flashes.

(above) I think I edit a lot on this picture, the original shot wasn't like that.

KLPF 2008 part 1

KLPF- Kuala Lumpur Photography Festival.

I went there on 19th October 2008 with Jun, JiJian, SoonChiat.

So, photo fest mean photo shooting? Yes, model shooting.

Before I post the model shots, lest me post some pictures taken using Nikon D3 and Canon EOS 1Ds MarkIII... and Nikon D100.

I did not touch up the pictures in this post, just resize.

My extra CF was inserted into D3.

This MarkIII picture size is very large, about 10MB each.

So I resized it and post them here.
